Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order as few as 5 pieces, and reorder single items later for new staff.
Do you provide an invoice for our accounts?
Yes. Every order comes with an invoice showing our ABN. Businesses can pay by card, or by bank transfer on invoice for quoted orders.
What logo file do you need?
A PNG with a transparent background or a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal. If your logo needs cleaning up, we'll quote the design work before starting.
Can different staff get different sizes, colours or names?
Yes. Each piece is printed individually, so mix sizes, colours and names freely within one order.
How long does it take?
Usually 7–10 business days from proof approval to delivery anywhere in Australia. For Christmas delivery, approve your proof by 10 December.
Can you deliver to more than one address?
Yes. Send us the address list with your request and we'll include the separate deliveries in your quote.
